Responsibilities:

  • Handles cover sales, promotions, product development and market positioning of the product offerings under the department’s portfolio
  • Must maintain detailed records of their sales, develop prospect lists, file expense reports, schedule visit to clients, and prepare sales presentations.
  • Must provide after sales services to customer. These includes, but not limited to, water quality analysis, equipment inspection and repair, chemical dosing, bench testing and turnaround inspection.
  • Field-based position, requiring frequent travel throughout designated coverage to market products. They will be also required to visit the key locations to provide training to customer’s technical staff.

Qualifications:

      • Graduate of BS Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technician or other related courses
      • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
      • Licensed Engineer has an advantage but not required
      • Can drive and with driver’s license
      • Willing to travel and work on site
      • Area of deployment: Makati City and Biñan, Laguna
      • Amenable to start ASAP

Job description

  • Engages and maintains existing and potential clients on a regular basis through personal visits and other communication means ensuring requirements, concerns and issues are being met.
  • Strengthens relations with clients for the development/acceptance, use, and sales growth of products being handled.
  • Provides client reports with updated key personnel, volume requirements, current state of sales, and action plans that may lead to new development or increase current sales.
  • Prepares and issues price updates and quotations to clients on a timely manner.
  • Supports the business unit through collection of necessary documents, filing of forms, following up progress update on customer evaluation, and coordination with different departments for client accreditation.
  • Develops and recommends marketing and sales objectives, detailing sales volumes and profit forecasts for each product range under their respective unit.
  • Gives feedback on market trends, competitor moves, and industry landscape of the product unit.
  • Develops and recommends sales strategies and programs to improve sales for the Group or Unit.
  • Attends to customer complaints and clients’ logistical issues and suggestion relative to covered products and unit sales operations as part of after sales service.
  • Responsible for all documentation for Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Bureau of Animal Industries (BAI), Bureau of Plant Industries (BPI), Department of Agriculture (DA) and other government agencies.

  • Prepares graphic designs, creates content, engages with comments and direct messages, edits video/photo, and handles other tasks as they arise.
  • Creates marketing collaterals such as presentations, brochures, banners, packaging, and other marketing materials.
  • Creates schedule and attends to launches, anniversaries, and promotions.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives using analytics tools.
  • Performs other duties as may be delegated by the superior.
